Calsta provided significant benefit for a valued client’s Australian operation through deployment of Calsta’s bespoke business improvement methodology resulting in >26% increase in beneficiation plant throughput.
Areas considered as part of the project included, though were not limited to; feed material characteristics, ROM management, fixed and mobile plant type, design and nameplate capacity and maintenance and processing department efficacy.
Calsta identified constraints within the beneficiation area, prioritised required activities and deployed Calsta’s proven system with our Clients team to achieve these sustainable results.
The client side team’s commitment and enthusiasm to achieve improvements ensured step change came about in a short time frame. Calsta will continue to assist the client team bed in Calsta’s system to ensure improvements are sustained and built upon.
